Like many businesses we have implemented procedures on all our sites to ensure our staff are effectively minimizing the risk of infection. All staff have been briefed on these preventative measures and we are well positioned to operate on a business as usual manner given our IT platforms as well as newly developed communications strategies. This should ensure that there is minimal as possible disruption to the services we provide you.

Some effective measures which are in line with guidance from the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organisation (WHO) that we have briefed our staff on include:

• Supply of hand sanitiser, face masks and disposable gloves
• Handwashing hygiene: frequent sanitising and sanitising between site visits
• Social distancing procedures: Scheduling online teleconference calls, no handshakes, etc.
• Increase in cleaning frequency: high touch areas, waste room procedures and cleaning product specifications
